Does Kaiser have dental services?
The adult/family plan includes dental coverage for those over age 19 and those under age 19. This plan is available for adults and families who purchase their medical plan direct from Kaiser Permanente. These plans are available only if you purchase your medical plan direct from Kaiser Permanente.
Does Kaiser fill dental prescriptions?
Can I fill a dental prescription at Kaiser? The policy is that their responsibility is with their members and they need to take care of them. If you are seen outside of the plan such as by a dentist you can get that prescription filled at the pharmacy although it may have to be rewritten by a Kaiser provider.
Does Kaiser reimburse for out-of-network therapy?
A. Yes. You will pay your Plus Benefit cost share (copayment or coinsurance) to see your non-Plan Provider. Upon receipt of the claim for these services, Kaiser Permanente will reimburse you for your individual cost share and any billed amount up to eligible charges (allowed amount).
Can I pick up prescription at any Kaiser pharmacy?
You can pick up your prescriptions at one of our pharmacies, or you can have most prescriptions delivered to you by mail at no additional charge. Remember to bring your Kaiser Permanente identiﬁcation (ID) card and photo ID with you when picking up prescriptions in the pharmacy.

You can visit any licensed Out-of-Network emergency care facility. Emergency care is covered at the In-Network Provider Tier benefit level, and you will be responsible only for the In-Network cost share, regardless of where you seek care.
