Is there a dead zone in Project CARS 2?

HUGE DEAD ZONE in the middle! And project cars 2 will only recognize it as a controller (since it’s connected to a controller and the power cable is connected to the console) so your settings are extremely limited but your still left with a very undrivable experience.
