What are the Ironman age groups?

How are Ironman 70.3 AGR points calculated?

As long as one IRONMAN or IRONMAN 70.3 race is completed, 5150 events will also count in the overall category. IRONMAN AGR: Scores only IRONMAN full-distance races. AGR points are calculated based on the athlete’s race finish time behind the first finisher in his/her age group.
