Three Man Army is a GTA 5 Achievement which requires you to maintain a three-star Wanted Level with all three characters under your control. The Wanted Level must be maintained for three minutes and must occur outside of a Mission. Don’t forget that Achievements don’t work if you activate a Cheat!
